Optiem Continues to Grow

Cleveland’s leading interactive marketing agency, Optiem LLC, proudly announces the promotion of Benjamin Bykowski to Director of Technology, and the addition of Christopher Zamborsky, Dave Moran, Tiffany Olson, Zach Christy, Jessica Baker and Dinita Baker to their staff.
Optiem is proud to announce the promotion of Ben Bykowski to Director of Technology. In his new role, Ben applies his education and knowledge in computer science and business administration with his technical and strategic skills to consult and direct client engagements. He is also responsible for advancing and planning Optiem’s strategic initiatives around both established and emerging technology. “Since joining us almost 5 years ago, Ben has developed not only into a team leader, but as a thought leader as well,” says Optiem Chief Executive Officer Joe Kubic. “Ben’s expertise is a great asset not only to our company, but to our clients as well.”
Joining the Optiem staff as an Account Strategist, Christopher Zamborsky brings more than 20 years of providing clients around the country with dynamic technical strategy to the team. “Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to our team,” said Optiem’s Chief Operating Officer Tom Bernot. “Chris will not only support our new business efforts, but will be an invaluable resource for our current clients as well.”
As an employee of American Greetings, where she was responsible for all SEO and Social Media operations for seven of AG’s brands, Jessica Baker joins the Optiem staff as Interactive Marketing Manager. A 2005 graduate of Bowling Green State University, Baker brings a solid background in Search Engine Optimization, keyword research and social media to the team. Optiem’s Vice President of Digital Media and Strategy Chris Caputo writes, “Jessica’s experience and energy, combined with her understanding of organic online marketing suits us very well going forward. She will undoubtedly play a key role as Optiem continues to grow and adapt to the ever-changing communications landscape of our market.”
Joining the Optiem staff as an Interactive Marketing Manager, responsible for the agency’s paid search and email initiatives, Tiffany Olson, brings an energy and knowledge base to all of Optiem’s clients. Olson joins Optiem from Rosetta, where she served as a senior paid search consultant, and before that Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores where she served as the Search Marketing Manager for Joann.com. “Olson’s thorough knowledge of the latest paid search and email techniques will not only serve as an asset to our team, but to our clients as well, says Chris Caputo, Optiem’s Vice President for Digital Media and Strategy.
Carrying a degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Randy Hammons joins the staff as Optiem’s newest Front-End Developer. Having most recently served as a Senior Designer for Mark Advertising, Inc, Hammons gained valuable experience being responsible for both the agency’s print and interactive design initiatives. Optiem’s Director of Development, Brent McLean writes; “Randy’s creative and technological skill set is a fantastic asset that our team can take advantage of. We look forward to furthering our overall development skills by utilizing Randy’s skills in the work that we do with our clients.”
Joining Optiem as its newest Project Manager, Dinita Baker brings over seven years of experience to the team. Baker previously served as an Information Technology PMO Process Manger/Project Manager for Integrated Marketing Technologies, where she gained experience overseeing production efforts and managing projects. “Dinita’s hiring allows us to continue to provide quality customer service to our various clients around the country. Her vast experience will serve as a great resource for our entire team,” said Optiem Chief Strategist, Clyde Miles.
Carrying a BS in Digital Media Production from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Zach Christy joins the staff as Optiem’s newest Studio Engineer, where he will help grow Optiem’s studio capability. As a specialist in lighting, film, and digital video editing, Christy is a critical addition to the team. “Zach’s unique skill set and enthusiasm will help set Optiem apart from other digital agencies in the region by supporting our growing digital video studio team”, says Optiem Chief Strategist, Clyde Miles.
Joining Optiem as its System Administrator, David Moran brings over five years of experience working with servers, databases and enterprise applications. David joins Optiem from IQS, Inc where he managed the internal network of servers and network appliances. “Our rapid expansion over the past 24 months, both with regards to employees, but also workload, has paved the way for us to bring David onto the team,” says Optiem’s Director of Development Brent McLean. “We look forward to utilize David’s skill and expertise as we continue to grow in the months ahead.”
