Originally, ESCO was manually sending available product inventory emails every three weeks. Optiem proposed an automated inventory email program based upon ExactTarget's Enterprise Solutions. Optiem worked with ESCO's IT staff to coordinate the automatic upload of ESCO's current inventory data as well as current salesperson and contact data. The data was used to produce salesperson and inventory specific emails using a brand-consistent template designed by Optiem.</p> <p>The winning campaign provided ESCO with increased email-generated sales, an automated broadcast process, personalization of the email delivery so it appeared to be coming from each of ESCO's sales representatives, and increased product demand in order to stimulate and schedule increased production.</p> <p>"This was a great opportunity to share new online marketing solutions with a very traditional B2B client," said Les Stein, Optiem Executive VP and manager of the account.
