• Update design and layout of the Cleveland Botanical Garden web site
  
• Drive Visitors to the Cleveland Botanical Garden (increase foot traffic)
  
• Increase awareness of Cleveland Botanical Garden programs and events

Strategy

In order to drive visitation to the Cleveland Botanical Garden, Optiem proposed an intuitive interface and strong focus on event and program listings. Optiem also recommended Cleveland Botanical Garden create the Garden Variety, a blog that demonstrates their expertise in “everything gardening” – from seasonal gardening ideas to tips and trends.

Results

• Optiem successfully helped Cleveland Botanical Garden create a website that dynamically displays essential content, such as hours of operation, events and news
  
• A custom content management system was implemented to assist the Cleveland Botanical staff with content updates
  
• Social media was also executed to promote events and programs at the Garden
