The blueprint.

Once the usability testing and analysis is completed, Optiem creates the Discovery & Analysis Report with all of the findings from the research.  With the information obtained from the research and with your direction on priorities, Optiem develops site map and wireframes with recommendations for website improvements.

Wireframes are used to quickly present the overall information for the website.  These documents should represent how the website will function and the overall structure of the page.  The wireframes will organize the proposed content categories and functional components of the homepage and landing pages.

By working on an updated sitemap, Optiem can provide a graphical representation of all of the main pages within the site and recommend improvements to help the user experience.  This sitemap also serves as the basis for the information architecture needed to provide the necessary structure and interaction to make the user experience more successful.

The sitemap clearly identifies the proposed structure of the revised site including the importance of various content items, while the wireframes will provide a clear guide for design execution.
